Juniper, Balinese long pepper, black pepper and ginger spice notes linger on the palate, as well as a subtle kiss from cloves. No overpowering pepper taste here; more of a magic carpet ride on the botanicals, balancing and lifting Black Pepper Spring Gin into a new domain, allowing us to dip into realms of uncharted territories and be creative in today’s Gin society. Serving suggestion for the Black Pepper and tonic is fresh snappy rucola and some thin slivers of lemongrass. Try it with your favourite tonic water or sprinkle it on a dozen freshly opened oysters and you’ll see what I mean..
